RULES AND REGULATIONS - CATEGORY I - (Jr. KG, Sr. KG & Std I)
Event 1. Elocution [Individual Event] (English) ( Dur : 2 min )
Each participating school can depute as many student participants in each group. Each participant will
have to fill a separate entry form/s. Each speaker will be allowed to speak for a maximum of two
minutes. Participants can choose the topic of their own choice.
Event 2. Hand Writing [Individual Event](English) ( Dur : 15 min )
Each participating school can depute as many student participants in each group. Each participant will
have to fill a separate entry form/s.The total duration will be fifteen minutes, during which the participant
shall write from a printed sheet in the chosen language under the supervision of the officials. The
Organizers will provide writing material. Other materials, such as pen, pencil etc., should be arranged by
the participants themselves. No participant is allowed to carry any written or printed material at the time of
competition.
Event 3. Drawing Competition ( Dur : 40 min )
Each participating school can depute as many student participants in each group. Each participant will
have to fill a separate entry form/s. Each participating school can depute as many student participants.
The participants are required to draw and paint on the subject given by the panel of judges, at the time of
competition. The total duration for completing the painting shall not exceed forty-five minutes. The size
of the paper shall be half imperial size drawing paper i.e. 22 inches in length and 15 inches in breadth.
Painting should be done either in write color pencils or crayons only. Drawing paper will be provided
by the Organizers. Other materials should be arranged by the participants themselves.
Event 4. Colouring the Image ( Dur : 30 min )
Each participating school can depute as many student participants. Each participant will have to fill a separate entry form/s. The total duration for completing the Colouring the image shall not exceed thirty minutes. Paper with the image printed on it will be provided by the Organizers. Other materials, such as colours, crayons etc., should be arranged by the participants themselves.
Event 5. Craft Competition ( Dur : 45 min )
Each participating school can depute as many student participants. Each participant will have to fill a
separate entry form/s. The participants are required to create on the subject of their choice, at the time of
competition. The total duration for completing the craft shall not exceed forty-five minutes . Craft material
should be arranged by the participants themselves.
Event 6. Greeting Card Competition ( Dur : 45 min )
Each participating school can depute as many student participants in each group. Each participant will
have to fill a separate entry form/s. The participants are required to create on the subject of their choice, at
the time of competition. The total duration for completing the greeting card shall not exceed forty-five minutes.
Card material should be arranged by the participants themselves. (height 10 inches /breadth 6 inches)
Event 7. Clay Modelling Competition ( Dur : 45 min )
Each participating school can depute as many student participants. Each participant will have to fill a
separate entry form/s. The participants are required to create on the subject of their choice, at the time of
the competition. The total duration for completing the clay modelling shall not exceed forty-five minutes. Material
should be arranged by the participants themselves.
Event 8. Fancy Dress Competition ( Dur : 2 min )
Each participating school can depute as many student participants in each group. Each participant will have to fill a separate entry form/s. Time Limit: 2 minutes. Exceeding time limit will lead to disqualification. One teacher must accompany the participating students. The
introduction is compulsory and the lines must be short and should provide accurate information. The competition will be judged on the basis of the introduction given, costume, confidence and creativity.
Please note:
Last Date to submit the forms is 16th October, 2023, late entries will not be entertained.
Kindly be present at the venue 30 minutes before your event. If two events are happening at the same time and you wish to participate in both, you're welcome to do so, the student can finish one event and then move on to the next.
The Event Schedule will be sent to every participant by November 7th, 2023, on their registered mobile number and email address.

Entry Fee: Forms to be submitted and participation fee of Rs.50/- per event to be paid using the QR code given above or at the school office.
